For nearly 20 years, I’ve helped organizations elevate their strategic marketing and communication efforts by building brands, shaping narratives, and leading cultures that drive results.
My approach has always been to combine bold vision-setting with disciplined, strategic execution. I thrive on partnering with organizations to truly tap their potential—identifying the strategies that can push them forward and cultivating cultures and teams confident enough to pursue even the most transformational goals. But I succeed because I ground those efforts in tactics that ensure we deliver results. I build systems that align our work with key strategic priorities, establish clear metrics that allow us to track our success, and foster an environment that prioritizes engagement and collaboration amongst stakeholders across the organization.
I currently serve as Creative Director at Kansas State University, where I lead brand strategy and creative development across all major institutional initiatives. During my time at K-State, I’ve spearheaded a complete refresh of the university brand, rebuilt central creative operations, and led the redesign of recruitment marketing, contributing to three consecutive years of enrollment growth.
Prior to K-State, I worked at Ripon College, where I oversaw institutional video marketing and served as senior creative for athletics. My time at Ripon included a full rebuild of the college’s video marketing arm, the development of its first long term video strategy, and a creative overhaul of athletics that helped each programs meet or exceed recruitment goals for three straight years.
